I believe this is an Illinois Liverpool. That is an Adena culture point that was specific to Illinois. This point was purchased at a farm auction near Old Shawneetown in the early 1970’s. It was the largest point in that collection.

This is a very good quality group of four re-purposed arrowheads. Some refer to these as blunt points. They were attached to a wooden or bone handle and used as scrapers.All were personally found in Illinois and Indiana. County information will be supplied to purchaser or anyone who asks.
