Hoof Style Pestle
Here is a hardstone pestle with awesome use wear that is somewhat polished and has nice all over patina.This is a great example of a hooved pestle that has a good ‘hand feel’ and displays very well.

Native American Ear Spool – Reserved
This is a very rare artifact. It as worn on the earlobe that was pierced to allow this to slide into place and held in place by the small grove. It is fashioned from a speckeled hardstone and is highly polished. The front side is rounded and very symmetrical. The back side has been flattened and is more oblong. Between the front and the back is a small grove on its entire circumference. This is a great example of Native American artwork and fashion.

Gorget Study Piece
This one is a real heartbreaker. It was very well made and appears to have been broken around the time of use. It has a cut-away view of the conical shaped hole.

Ohio Genessee Arrowhead
This is a sturdy well made piece. This point was purchased in 1967 as part of a farmers collection from Southern Ohio.

Ohio Serrated Hardaway
This is a very well made point. It is nicely serrated using a high quality semi-transparent material.

Beautiful Celt
This one is a real beauty. It is definitely top shelf in the celt case. It it symmetric to perfection and has a highly polished and sharp bit.

Large 3-7/8″ Benton
This is a thin well made piece. This point was purchased in 1967 as part of a farmers collection from Southern Ohio.

Ohio Coshocton Hardaway-Palmer
Transitional Paleo This is a an awesome little point. It is extremely well made using high quality Coshocton Chert. It is very symmetrical with a thinned and highly ground base.

Spent Flake Core
This is all that is left and I have to say, he didn’t waste any. This was once large enough to produce long flake knives known as bladelets. It is hard to date because they were used throughout Native American history. Flake cores are fairly rare in that there was only one used to produce nearly a hundred bladelets.

Huge Spade From Ohio
This killer spade is absolutely gorgeous. It is large, thin and highly polished from use.
